Paper applications and addresses

Older guides listed passport office street addresses. Today, paper forms come from a Post Office with a Check and Send service or from the Passport Adviceline, and the return address is printed on the form, so use the address on your form. For urgent travel for medical reasons, or a serious illness or death of a close friend or relative, call the Adviceline.
